So, the need arises for offering high organoleptic quality and also easy indicators of the product conditions.
A solution that has been studied by the Aro Group has resulted in reversible thermochromic labels. In fact, these labels show whether the specific temperature required by the product has been reached thanks to the temperature-sensitive inks, which react by changing their color.
Once the temperature has been reached, the label shows a certain color and thus guarantees the consumer that the organoleptic characteristics of the product are maintained.
